vince is that balanced or unbalanced?.try a thicker wall tube for the exhaust it gives a deeper note,very,very nice by the way mate.

It's a 2" balanced set-up, apparently the 1UZ-FE runs bad and sounds crap with an unbalanced system.
The two downpipes run into a collector/stumpy silencer just behind the trans. crossmember then into one of the lexus's rear mufflers.

I just fabbed up an exhaust to get it through the MOT (plus we're going camping in three weeks time!!) I'll get a big bore stainless system made up later on this summer from Powerflow of similar.

Just filled the transmission up with fluid now, and I need to get a short length of hose made up (crimped)for the power steering then I'll be able to drive it out of the workshop.

so could you be possiby,maybe done by the wkend and if so could you possibly,maybe,test drive it somewhere near the wrong way round camp site.maybe?????
