      it came off the spare wheel trev its some sort of extension it was held on by the spare wheel nuts

        not sure tbh but looks like it could be adapted to carry a hi-lift jack, or jerry can holder or pretty much anything really without too much difficulty

          Looks like it has the right bolt circle diameter for the Mk7 1986 version of the Flux Capacitor modification...

                      You're right first time, you bolt it to the spare wheel, using the wheel nuts, then bolt the bike rack to it.

                      But you could bolt anything to it if you wanted.
