Crisp N Dry (Veg oil)

Wilkenson is selling Crisp N Dry veg oil for 89p per liter, However it contains an anti foaming agent can this cause problems?

I am still waiting for morrisons to get in the 200 liters I have ordered from them.

They say there are having trouble getting it in ...mmm

It's gotta be less than 65p/litre to make it viable to use veg oil, due to the maintenance issues, and the hassle.

KTC has anti foam but appears to burn ok for me mixed 50/50

Doesn't diesel fuel have an anti foaming agent in it, to stop it foaming out of the filler pipe when filling..........innit?

your choice m'friend, same as it's your motor..I'm just saying mine runs OK....so far, a little bit sooty round the exhaust, mainly from cold starting I believe but I personally dont go much more than 50/50 ish. Much prefer the smell!
I did a run to London, did not notice any difference with performance, it was one of my fastest times (over 60 MPH average inc a pee stop) and apeared to do better MPG than the return on pure derv.
I buy 120 ltrs at a time....works for me and at 80ppl is better than the £1.20ish.
Going back a while I burnt some corn oil and it seemed even better than the rape oil
