      I filled up yesterday, ###### £63 !!!! WTF!!!!

where is all this extra revenue going?

I can't see any benefit from it, not better schools, hospitals, even better roads ffs!

Is it all being used to bail out the banks who got it wrong with the sub prime loans? or maybe to fund Trident to the tune of 15 billion, or maybe to get ready for the London Olympics?

Just spoke to a mate in the Shetlands, He's paying 133.9ppl for DERV, Unleaded is 11ppl cheaper.

As for the Ineos strike, it will no doubt be used as a future excuse for price hikes, but I am 100% behind them.

I could say many things on the Ineos strike action; but, in an open forum, I can't comment!

Outrageous - mind you I did pay £1.24 a litre yesterday for V power at Shell, what a diffence - less smoke, more power and a smoother quieter engine. Also more mpg.

Think I might go stick with BP ulitimate though as thats only £1.19 and closer.

How can I be lost when I've got no where to go

curious how some people will blame everyone and every body for the troubles of this country without stopping to think for a min.....

random posters have moaned about how the country no longer produces anything...yet we are all members of a site that promots the TOYOTA as the method of transport of choice over home produced UK options...Nissan Quashi or freelander

Then we moan about the price of fuel yet all drive around in large engined cars thus driving up demand and price....

the we have a moan about the ###### government...from someone who opens with " ihave never voted in my life"

of course there is always the imigrants to blame...lets vote BNP that should solve it.what - replace the the current politicians who at least have a policy of sorts with a group who represent nothing but hatred.....

i dont claim to have any answers (apart from the obvious restore respect and enforce the law and balance the work/rewards in society) but lets not be illogical in our comments

I have to be honest, i was part of the group that felt it would be a good idea to get the BNP some votes if only to scare the government into action!

But just take two seconds to look at who the BNP are! It would be a huge mistake to waste a vote on them. England would fall apart under there leadership. I wont go into huge details but i beg anyone thinking about voting for the BNP to think again!!!

                      yep i agree
                      its just that tho
they have won a few seats in rotherham
makes some stand up and be counted and only that
no need to be worryed yet
i dont agree with every thing they say
in fact i would love to chalange them on a few things that they say
                      should happen
but when all said and done its just a small thing that make others look at what they are doing about the sate of the UK

I have to agree with what Fergus has said.

I also have to note with some amusement that two people have said they would vote for the BNP and neither of them can spell it. It's not even a word, it's just 3 letters. Just about shows the level of intelligence they're aiming at.

In case anyone thinks I'm some PC lefty, I voted English Democrat.

Just some pointers on the BNP for those that voted for them:

BNP is "committed to stemming and reversing the tide of non-white immigration" - nothing to do with jobs, just colour

The BNP asserts that there are biological racial differences that determine the behaviour and character of individuals of different races

The BNP, its former leaders and present leader, Nick Griffin, have promoted anti-semitism and Holocaust denial or revisionism in the past. In 1996, writing in his own publication, The Rune, Griffin stated that: "I am well aware that orthodox opinion is that six million Jews were gassed and cremated or turned into soup and lampshades. I have reached the conclusion that the 'extermination' tale is a mixture of Allied wartime propaganda, extremely profitable lie, and latter witch-hysteria."[35] The following year, during a Cook Report documentary he stated: "There is no doubt that hundreds, probably thousands of Jews were shot to death in Eastern Europe, because they were rightly or wrongly seen as communists or potential partisan supporters. That was awful. But this nonsense about gas chambers is exposed as a total lie

n the wake of the 7 July 2005 London bombings, the BNP released leaflets[50] featuring images of the bombed Route 30 bus and the slogan "Maybe now it's time to start listening to the BNP."

When asked in 1993 if the BNP was racist, its deputy leader Richard Edmonds said, "We are 100 per cent racist, yes".[73] Founder John Tyndall proclaimed that "Mein Kampf is my bible"

The BNP had traditionally maintained a policy of re-criminalisation of homosexuality

In 1998, Nick Griffin was convicted of violating section 19 of the Public Order Act 1986, relating to incitement to racial hatred. He received a nine-month prison sentence, suspended for two years, and was fined £2,300.

Kevin Scott, the BNP's North East regional organiser, has two convictions for assault and using threatening words and behaviour.

Joe Owens, now expelled but previously a BNP candidate in Merseyside and former bodyguard to Nick Griffin, has served eight months in prison for sending razor blades in the post to Jewish people and another term for carrying CS gas and knuckledusters.

Tony Wentworth, former BNP student organiser, was convicted alongside Mr Owens for assaulting demonstrators at an anti-BNP event in 2003.

Colin Smith, BNP South East London organiser has 17 convictions for burglary, theft, stealing cars, possession of drugs and assaulting a police officer.

No, but it doesn't affect ability to discern the letters M and N.

I know you're not having a go George and apologies if it seems I am. I just get very annoyed by the BNP because they are very deceptive in what they say. They portray themselves as a party for the good of Britain who support the armed forces, want to help people get jobs, want to increase standards of living etc etc. People vote for them because they like the sentiment.

Actually, they're just a bunch of racist criminals and holocaust deniers who would disgust any right thinking person that knew that to be the case.

For what it's worth, I think the Green Party use the same trick of making people vote for the sentiments that they advertise without knowing their (retarded) policies.
