The DB5 is lovely too, as are the old Jag XK120s... but these are not cheapo classics!

A mate of mine has an E30 M3 and a Delta integrale.. the other days some pikeys knocked on his door and asked if they wanted "that old car" taking for scrap.

I don;t think he was best amused

Im struggling to find anything for sale 1960-70s thats automatic - Know its a girly thing - but husband has rebuilt 2 1/2 manual gearboxes of mine...so know he'll prefer an automatic! Think thats why he's looking at stingrays....
Must admit - they do look kinda cool

If you want something American and auto, look at the '60s Mustangs - much nicer car, probably a little more feminine than a big assed stingray - and I don't mean anything bad about that, just may suit you better....

No way! Mustangs look like cortinas, stingrays are one of the most beautiful cars ever.

Has anyone seen the new Spadaconcept by the way?

The display on the back's a speedo to tell people how fast you were going when you overtook. More info here:

I once had the opertunity to buy a '69 (my face shape) stingray for a couple fo grand... it wasn't the tidiest out there, but it would have made a great restoration project!

I always think they look suprisingly small... for sometihng american!

Yeah, but have a look on the link at the other cars the guy designed. I think it might end up looking amazing when they build a real one.
