I have a copy of the legal requirements of lights and lamps for motor vehicls if any one would like a read.

I have them and have the angle eye wired to the side lights, this caused the truck to fail the MOT, the side light fuction had to be disconected for it to pass

mines passed with the exact same setup.

mine also passed with the lights!! there is no law on aditional side lights!!!

Oh mine are the clear ones! if yours are blue it might have been the colour

Thats why i run em through switchs, i just turn em off along with the actual spots when it's mot time, the body of em is s/s so thats alright, wont rust, it's the cheapo lense's inside that go manky, the four that's "upright" are ok after nearly two years with a greaseing, but the two that were upside down got water in em and rusted, their now off, Carl had em.
