Luggage covers

Can anyone tell me what the difference between a series 2 and 3 luggage cover is?

One fits a 2nd generation surf (89-95) and the other fits a 3rd generation (96-01)

Can anyone tell me the sizes of the covers and also do they auto-retract?

They will be physically different as the boots are not the same shape. Not sure what you mean by auto-retract. I imagine both spring back but nothing more sophisticated.

i've got a blanket which fits both, available in grey or a kind of creamy colour... no auto retact, you gotta fold it manually, or just sling in in the boot

I got one of them too, only mines a light red (pink) got it from the charity shop.

i did have an ambulance one... aparently they're red so you can't see any blood...


last time i got blanket fluff in an open wound.... then i couldn't find it cos it was red!!
