changing rear shocks

Hi all,
im looking at changing my rear shocks 2" lift already had springs done. i have looked on here but cant find a good discription of how to change them and wot tools will be needed to do this so if anyone has done and could give a breakdown of how to remove old and fit new i would be very greatful( both springs and shocks are from roughtrax and i got gas filled shocks).

you'll need a 17mm and 10mm spanner for the old shocks
