My Truck is dead and I want to SORN it. Can I still tow it a short distance on the road when I want to move it to another house or does it have to go on a car transporter trailer?

tow it with the prop off to make doubly sure,why is it dead ??

Think the cylinder head is cracked. It will do short runs but on longer runs it dumps the coolant, the first time it did it it blew a hose in a big way then next time it dumped all the coolant out and I think small split in the rad now as well. Pretty gutted as not sure what to do...spend and fix or by another and not know what I am getting..either way it will cost £2,000 ish

On the SORN thing I was more asking on the legality of having it on the road for the tow?

If it's SORN none of the wheels should touch the road so it will have to go on a flatbed trailer to transport it
