Just got BT Broadband . Not wot I expected . Used to have the page as full screen , now got the page within the homepage of BT . Also got no avatars and loads of red boxes instead . Anyone now wots wrong ??

you are probaly useing BT's crappy browser, you should unistall it and the you should be back to IE / Firefox or what other one you use.
Had the same sort of prob with BT browser a few months ago, they give you far to much unesessary crap in the installation package.

goto www.opera.com and download and install thier browser. then see if it works

my mate had this problem because of a problem with his pc and his internet explorer didnt work (its the little blue 'e' on your desktop). i think you may get bored with a full explanation, but the quick alternative is to download a known-good browser like firefox or opera as stated

also, while your unistalling the bt browser, its usually worth unistalling any 'google toolbar', 'yahoo toolbar' or any thing that mounts to explorer as they cause all sorts of issues.

i got bt broadband n i dont ever sign in to surf the net i use to just click on IE n could still surf the net quite happy now i use firefox n all i do is click on that n im away surfing the net, i only sign in to bt if i want to check my emails there.

same when i was on aohell just clicked on IE n surf away you could see if there is any updates for you bt package?
