Legal Advise Please

hi guys and gals
need some advise please
i am being threatened by someone and think i need to take out an injunction to try to remove the threat before it escalates and i get hurt or worse
any legal beagle's out there please.
this is not a joke guys, being serious for once

Yep, police will probably (hopefully, if they can be bothered getting off their ar$e) warn him off if he's threatening violence.

There's a few coppers members on here isn't there?

Check your house insurance to see if you've legal cover. Mine does and it has a weekend service too so you could get help today.

Give the police a call and ask for 'advice' about the situation. If you get a decent copper, he/she will take it and investigate, and they will sort it. If anything more than a threat takes place, no matter how small, the report it immediately.

Had the same situation last year with my lad, and we went to the police for advice only to do the right thing - myself and a few mates could have sorted it if you get my drift - police looked into it, they went to tha CPS and the 'threat' ended up in court and now has lost its job and has a criminal record!!

I know it's not easy to do, especially given the way some of the boys in blue act, but do it the right way! Good luck,

dont forget to wright down times you have been hasseld what was said to you or threats they have made to you your house or family try to remember every thing and wright it down take to the police as the person or persones been in trouble before look at local papers good luck with it ive been there and its a big weight of your shoulders when its over

Yeah, evidence really stacks the odds in your favour. also your own character/temperament and history goes a good way. I think you only really get problems if the other guy isn't afraid of the law.

It's good you're going to the Police as, remember, now you've already talked to people and friends/witnesses etc, the Police ARE the only viable route if you know what I'm saying.
