As you all know, these trucks are slugs.

Why then, does mine feel like a sportscar this morning?!

Sounds smoother, feels much more powerful (back squats when i accelerate) etc. Could be the fact that I ragged it a bit yesterday so may have coughed the phlegm out of its lungs, and its really cold this morning...

If this goes away, I'm going to HAVE to have a V8!!

Mine never got enough open road to stretch its legs this morning....

Although turbo cars do love the cold, especially intercooled ones... Cold, thick fog is best, but not great for using the power or getting the power down

Know what you mean, mine has rare moments of ordinaryness, but never when i really need it must be a combination of weather, alignment of the stars and the time of month!

Mine was like that the other day, after a bottle of Diesel Magic - smoothe, quiet(er) and full on....now it's back to rattly, loud, a bit lumpy but still not bad on the surge off the roundabout front....
