It's just behind the kick plate on the NSF footwell, if you take the dash out like you would for fitting a stereo, it's visible - but not sure how to take it out - as only the top half is showing....

if i remember right its only 3 x 10mm bolts holding it in and 3 wire blocks going into it

?? It's behind the little plastic kickpanel where the flare clips go. No dash work needed.
