Bumper woes

Upon demolishing a wall with the offside rear quater of the rear bumper it would appear I have shoved the entire offside end of the bumper about two inches foreward and half an inch down.
My first thought is to secure it to the tractor at the marina and try to pull it straight . would this be foolhardy?
Any advice would be enormously appreciated as this is realy driving me nuts
