I f you are not happy slapping/ robbing/ peeing/ stealing/ vandalising etc then you have nothing to worry about being on CCTV.
some people just value their privacy and don't want their every movement on camera.
i'd agree with your statement except the law doesn't use them effectively for this purpose. how often do people get filmed on these cameras and still get away with what they've done.
same as road cameras they're not there for the safety of the general public as our dictators would have us believe. they are there to see exactly what the EMPLOYED PEOPLE do so they can anaylise us and find more taxes for us to pay.
