Had sausages, soda bread & fried egg before leaving to collect daughters stuff as she's decided to move in with me and Gerblet!

Now at work and getting hungry, canteen food tonight is SH1T!!

Liver & bacon plus veg or S&S chicken neither of which will be edible (can be sure of that as it's hospital food)

Looks like I'll be eating when I get home

haveing gone over the truck with some of BDT's industrial grade polish (excellent stuff) i removed me wind deflectors (or is that increasers) and polished the cr@p and overspray off em, cleaned off that duff foam tape stuff and masked and sprayed the edges with satin black, enough for today!!

always go to morrisons for a big breakfast every sunday saves having to get the frying pan out ,also packed up smoking (cafe cremes) over ten years ago ,cold turkey no problem on cigars not so much crap in them to keep you hooked.
