  • Wheel prices..

Anyone know what sort of price these wheels are ????

    They are mega money mate!

I got a price for 5 street locks - came in at well over £800.

try www.summitracing.com they do them - if your desperate they are cheaper but obviously more hassle as you have to factor in tax etc.

      Ouch...

I cant seem to find a decent wheel at the right price...

Is it me or is the market slowing for surf parts, especially wheels ???

I want a good quality chrome wheel approx 15x8 to fit 33/12.5's...

      Any ideas ???

the black rock crawlers come in at around the £104 +vat per corner for 16x10s from memory so round about £120 quid a wheel probably.

            http://www.supertrux.com/acatalog/Ch...el_Wheels.html

theres a few options there. Still around £500 for 5 - seems more expensive then i remember....

There are a handful of places selling surf/hilux mod parts - but it is hard to get some of the more 'interesting' pieces.

shame really! If you had a land rover you'd be tripping up all the parts catalogues!!

an 8" rim will do a 12.5 tyre but thats as far as I would go I have
12" on an 8" rim with no issues

O and dont quote with pics some will give you a hard time about it

You can edit the post and delete the pic link

LOL cheers mate, it is a good option to get the wheels you want at a price that leaves you enough for good tyres.

If they dont need to be alloy (and they dont unless you're a 'tarmac queen'), then ''Up to the Axles', Silverline etc etc do chromed steel in that size for around £30 a pop!

Yea i really fancy chrome, but i read that the quality of chrome is not that good. Think it states on the website that the chrome is not guaranteed...

I also gotta balance that with the offset as i want them tucked in a bit...like dodges truck... looks awesome...
