St Pats day float

Bit of a long short i know at this late stage but does anyone have / or know of someone with a truck/trailer that would be available and suitable for use as a float inthe Manchester St pats day parade.

Something with sides for safety ( to keep kids from falling off!).

Any ideas, suggestions etc very welcome
