cornwall trip where though

i'm planning a trip down to eden project and wondered if any members on here
know of any cool spots to visit ! i had deserted sandy beaches in mind ! what with taking the surf an all !
any ideas appreciated !

theres no-where to take the truck on the beaches down here,but you got Mevagissey, not far from Eden but i've not been there for years tho and loads off quiet beaches about.Pirate storm can show you a few places up that way as long as he don't get lost again

thanks for info dude's ! i remember going on holls with me mum and dad down cornwall somewhere and seeing litrelly miles of sandy deserted beaches ! we even have photo's of an old mark 2 cortina on the sands ? cant remember where though ? anyway
what else is around the eden project ! much ?

if you make it past here on the way you 'may' be allowed on it (perhaps take a boat with you ) - the Americans practised for the Normandy landings there. Those dunes are about 3kms wide and not even your Surf would make it outta there lol. But as with most beaches and dunes down there, they're usually protected so don't hope too much.

Enjoy the Eden project - I went years ago, so it must be even more amazing now.

and Phillps (think thats how it is spelt) in Hayle for pasties, a good beach that is deffinately quiet - you used to be able to get a 4x4 down on it is Welcombe Mouth but that is just in Devon, go on google earth and search, once you have found that go below the GCHQ site at morwenstowe and there are 2 small bays, Ducks Mouth I think they are called, not so easy to find and No facillities at all
