Just watched it for the third time. Still not absolutely sure what to make of it. Brilliant film but I'm still not really sure what its about...

<edit> BTW, it's a film by Darren Aronofsky, about a mathematician who may, or may not be mad, shot in B&W

Yeah Vince, that IS a synopsis of the film, but I'm sure there's more to it. The hallucination of the brain in the pool of blood in the railway station, and the effects of Max prodding it with a pen? I reckon 'Max' is undergoing brain surgery for his headaches, and a lot of the film is hallucination during the surgery...
