...a handy tip for habitual tail-gaters. Find a couple of blocks of hard rubber about 50mmx75mmx20mm and fix them over the ends of the chassis rails so that if you hit something square on and your bumper gets pushed back it wont get creased by the sharp edges of the chassis.

Just take your spare wheel carrier off the back and fix it to the front! Job done.

Relace bumpers with 1/4" RSJ, won't bend much then or stay awake
