Rear seat belts?

Can anyone point me in the right direction for chest (not lap as that's what I have) belts for a 2.4 surf for my kids in the back of the truck

Nero's is a preface lift model - so lap belts in the back again.

Stormforce's breaker will have 3 point belts.
