Have scanned in a list I got from Surrey County Council of all their right's of way. Accurate as of Dec 2007. Had to do it page by page so ended up with 10 pdfs. If anyone wants a copy then pm me. Also if anyone knows how to make 10 pdfs into 1 that would be helpful too.

you can make 10 pdf's into one by zipping them
