I dont like it personally. If i was pouring that kinda money into a truck it would have to be a dodge or something.

Surfs are tiny for a 4x4 - going that big on them looks.... odd!

I like it! I need something like that to take to work and park next to my idiot bosses BMW 7 series.

I'd assume that if it's had so much spent on such a huge conversion, that re-gearing has got to be part of the package. Therefore there shouldn't be much of an issue with the engine and getting it going.

I hate the big arches you have to cover the wheels with in Japan and the UK, they are too 'sticky out'

In the US, you can just have the tyres poking out in most states, looks so much better IMHO.

Yeah I TOTALLY agree with that! Is there a reason why it can't be like in the States. I guess it comes down to one 'safety' rule or another. I don't know how an arch makes it safer anyway, they'd like tear off like paper in case of any vechicle touching.

I think its most a water spray thing, as you are 'sposed to have mud flaps as well. My 4Runner looks like a speedboat with roostertails of water from each wheel in the rain with pokey out wheels and no mud flaps.

And partly a big spinny round thing sticking out the side of the truck might scare pedestrians!

hehe, yeah that makes sense, I've splashed a couple of people by accident, and I don't think the splah reduction would be THAT great. So I still think it's a silly rule too. A bigger splash may be better in fact, then the water may go OVER anyone on the pavement, as for the motorway etc, well, the amount it rains here a little extra from the odd car ain't gonna make a lot of difference, lol.
