Does Explorerprocomp.co.uk ship from the U.S. or the U.K.?

I ordered a set of springs from Roughtrax and 4 shockers from Procomp on the same day.
No sooner had I pressed the "Pay Now" button and the Roughtrax springs were at my door. I however am still waiting for my shocks from Procomp.??? Its been about a week now.

Please could I ask what you paid for your pro comp shocks as my ones were noted on MOT that they are worn and will need replacing.... thanks

Mine were £35 each rear arived in two days the fronts were'nt in stock and took about 3 weeks.

Procomp UK got unreliable, I get my shocks from somewhere else now.

A masterly understatement. Procomp UK gave me some of the worst service I have ever experienced.

They eventually sent me the wrong shocks - twice. In the end I had to contact the USA and get the part numbers, tell the UK peeps and finally had the correct shocks.

Their service was shocking.
