Anyone tried Equal Tire Balancer?

I was wondering if anyone has tried Equal Tire Balancer? Been having some problems getting my tyres balanced properly (it's definitely the tyres, if I swap for my mud set the balance is perfect), and I was considering giving this stuff a try.

Sometime larger sized tyres can go out of round, and rebalancing is required, but if the tyre shape shifts it throws it out again.
might be worth checking that the tyre is round and you don't have a large moisture build up inside it.

Well, they're not huge, just 31" ATs. They're also not that old (less than 4 months use) so I'd hope they're not falling apart. Pretty sure they're dry inside, but hard to tell really.
