£995 we paid for it. i think its worth it, more importantly my brother's well chuffed with it. i drove it back for him and i swear down that the 1st gens are alot quicker than the 2nd gen 2.4's. i thought this was so with my 1st gen but now driving this one too, i can definately tell its quicker. they do feel more solid through the steering as well.
trouble is, i want it now but he won't swap with me...here's the pics from the ebay add.Attached Filesi swear, it was like that when i got here...Comment

he might join, not sure. he's not exactly a car enthusiast but just fancied a good pose mobil. if he does join up, he'll be part of the shiny club, because there's no way he'll go offroading or let it get too dirty.
