L/C Springs And Torsion Crank Pics. Def Need My 33's Now
The passenger side spring can be fitted without compressors.
On the drivers side, unbolt the top control arm from the axle so that that the axle can be pushed down without the control arm hitting the fuel tank.
When both springs are in, re-fit wheels and lower tuck down so that the control arm bolt can be re-fitted.
I fitted Apaches without using spring compressors.

Vince so top control arm off drivers side gives enough to push axle clear to get both in?

Its just the length thats the issue. 3000s or 9000s dont matter as long as they're a couple of inches longer than the stock toyota shocks. Mine were topped out permanently so rebound from compression threatened to launch the truck, and break my back!
