save money on the wheels now and get the best tyres you can afford.
if you go for 15x8 you will get yer 33's cheaper later on, big jump in price if you go for 16's now.
yoshie has 33's fitted on my old 16x8's and he forked out more than if he had the 15 size. they look great BTW.
I have very strong 16x8 steel modulars and the thing is, if they get scabby it's dead easy to get them blasted and repainted any colour I like.
I prefer steel wheels for off road but thats just my preference.Alan
