what do u do when after 10 years service with a small company you find it up for sale???
we are haveing a emergency meeting in the morning to discuss what,why an wot next,

long story but a quick summary was doing well but partners fell out so split, remaining partner knows f... all about security industry and the salesman/surveyor is a failure turnover is down from 400k to under 100k and the partner that left has set up on his own and is taking all the existing customer base, our ship is sinking fast........................
