How much extra strain does a 2" suspension lift put on the prop shafts, cv joints and drive shafts?? Has anyone had problems with this after a 2" lift?
the rear drive train will take a mild small block chevy, as long as you arn't crazy with the go pedal, the only weak points are the front CV's, and only if you crank the torsion bars more than 1 1/2"
A front suspention lift leaves the CV angles normal, as it drops the front diff and suspension mounts.

My roof line is about 6'3"? and I can't get into multi storey car parks!
I have 33 inch wheels, and all sorts of uprated adjustable shocks, torsions bars, anti roll this and that etc etc.
It handles superbly, so whoever uprated this Surf in Japan certainly knew what they were doing! I am running yokohama MT Geolanders on it and it will happily spin the back wheels on tarmac, but holds a line round wet roundabouts like it has no right to.
People keep staring at me, well staring up at me actually, but who cares!!
