  • Internatioal space station and shuttle sightings!!

    Just click on the link below and look for your city, well worth a look . I did it last time and with binoculars or scope get a really good view!!

      what did you actually see?
      because when i watch my monthly sky at night program, they were interviewing some ameteur astronomers who had been following the space station, and the clearest picture they could get was a slightly blurry one the size of a hand. but you could see the shuttle and the solar panels etc

        You dont get to see close up, just fuzzy outline and what looks like a very bright star!!

                  Pretty old news mate, but awesome nonethe less. We were doing this last summer (just after I went to Canaveral and saw it close up)
