      what a load of cr*p

      I had the same when taking one of our lwb transits to be mot'd it cant be done buy our normal garage as it wont fit in the inspection bay, so i took it to KAP they failed it on 7 items! i couldn't understand it as the van had just been serviced at our normal garage pre mot. So of i trundled to the garage with the failed mot ticket which they read and replied with "what a load of cr*p"
      After a few bolts were tightened and something minor replaced that i was told didn't really need replacing and that the bolts were not loose a week ago! off i went three things on the list done 4 not as nothing wrong!

      KAP then passed it, i didn't rant or rave just gave them the failed MOT ticket with the receipt from garage for work.

      KAP wanted over £700 + to (fix) the van my normal garage did it for next to nothing.

      robbing git's!
      If it can be broken it can be fixed

        Report them to trading standards, a phone call will do it, and they'll look into it, and if they've had a few complaints, they'll investigate them.

        Trading standards are your friend, unless of course you're a robbing b'stard garage.
