Common Old Dual Cab
Its a Hilux SR5 dual cab ute which is pretty common on our aussie roads.
They are good 4wd's as the chassis and running gear is the same as the 2 door. Good if your on a mine site with a few workers and some power tools or a tradesman with a family.
They have less load capacity than a single cab mainly due to the load being placed beyond the rear wheels.
It is though simply a surf with the back cut off and a tray put on
