cos i bought it as a company car, when my cousin buggad off it was a company asset, not mine... so when i sold it, i couldn't actually sell it... so i kinda "lent" it to my mates brother... long term... and he's just stacked it into a roundabout and nicely given it back!!
all on his insurance, so no worries there... he's bought it back so now i just have to find out if it's mine or his!!

You could get stuck with the Insurance Co with regards registared owner . Most Insurance require the main driver to be the registared owner
