New Key Cut & Check Imobiliser

Hi can anyone help me with the following:

1 where can i get another key done for a 3gen with imob/chip
2 how can i check what immobilizer is fitted i was told it is a cat 2 but insurance company wants a cert does anyone know of some where preferably in Kent where I could get this.

I have tried the local Toyota dealer who were much less helpful than when I was looking at buying a new Hilux from them. I have also asked a local importer who also wasn't much help.
