running alternative / eco friendly fuel makes no odds it's all down to vehicle weight and whether you can afford to buy a new enough van that it was euro standards tested when it left the factory. Another way of shafting individuals and small businesses whilst keeping major industry happy. The rich get richer the poor get ####ed...... again

Vehicles with conversions to other fuels or that run on bio diesel are not deemed to meet the required LEZ emissions standards.
