had a letter today thanking me

thought id share with you guys.
i had a letter today off serco out of hours doc's i forgot id offered help if the need arises i.e floods etc,etc thanking me for my offer n was very comforting to them knowing they got a 4x4 to help them reach patients if the need arises, now i feel better in myself that someone appreciates me for my offers of help n that i feel im putting something back into the community. now i really need to win the lottery to get skull lifted etc so if needs be i can be called anytime.
