turbo light not on

i have just bought my first surf and no nothing about they except they are nice anyway
when i bought it the green turbo light came on at higher revs but now does nothing and is a bit flat on the power side any ideas anyone
also all the interior lights do not work and can not find the fuse

The little turbo pipe has come off. Look to the right side of the engine for what looks like a little fuel filter and put the pipe back on. It's common so put a jubilee clip round it when you do it.
