    Bob, you don't have a tie rod (or relay rod), it dosn't affect 3rd gens, you have a steering rack (that leaks..... )

      keep on to them m8 n say you know there was a recall on steering rack as loads have been done but dont forget the recall was just on the steering rack/arm
