  • 33" fitting

hi guys, ive just bought these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...MEWN:IT&ih=014
will they fit on my 4runner with a 2" lift or will i need to do the 2" bodylift aswell ?

I spoke to tony about this and he says with 2" body and 2" suspension lift they should just squeeze on. You may wish to lift it more once youve got em on though, and some metal may need massageing away for full lock.

Nice wheels though, thats my next step

      Thats a very good deal!!

not sure about the fitted to 6" rims bit

but you will need a body lift mate. 4" is whats advised to fit a 33" tyre.

the guy ive bought them off said that they are 8" wide wheels in a seperate email.
i will take the wheels in to work and shot blast them and paint them silver they should look ok then.
will my standard centre caps fit with these wheels ?

Paint em black, you know you want to., 8" rims are fine, not so much of an offset as the 10"ers but look good nonethe less.

On a/t's minor rubbing, M/T's good old grindyness, spacers will help though but you may rub front and back on lock then. Youll be fine though i think

hub caps will probably not fit mate, 8" wide is also fine!

the further they stick out the more chance they have of rubbing but its nothing you cant get over by trimming etc.

At / Mt wont make a difference mate - the overall diameter is 99.99% of the time the same - just more tread is cut for the MT one. eg: BFG list there 33x12.50r15 AT and MT at 32.8" tall on a 10" rim.

If the wheels stick out past the arches I think it is illegal mate.

tecnically yes - but i think the police will be ok provided you dont go too stupid.

Anyway - L.A.Supertrux either have or will be finished with the 2nd gen arches soon so if they stick out too much you can cover it with some awesome arches

If they don't fit I have a brand new set in the box, chrome that will.
Let me know if you want them.
