Mine are iffy too. Every now and again, the fronts dont wok cos the copper contact is losing its springiness. When they eventually go, I'm gonna buy a couple of new lenses from eBay and epoxy some ultrabright LEDs in there.

ive just replaced lenses,i was gonna get led replacement bulbs,but im guessin it will need resistors etc to make them flash at right speed?
