Selling at auction

I have a surf for sale in the sales section. I only want £800 for what is a sound motor though it is not a minter.

Looking at the rate at which others sell, I reckon it will be sold by next christmas. Seems like an awful lot of browsers just judging by the hit to reply ratios.

I cant have it blocking my drive for so long so I am considering putting it in an auction and taking my chance.

Is there any auction site that is worth considering or are they all much the same. Based west of London just outside the M25 orbital. MOT'd for 11 months.

Your considered opinions would be appreciated please.

a dealer up here put a minter of a 2 gen 2.4 in auction and only got £300 for it, he had had it on his forcourt for 6 months at £2495, reduced it to £1995 then auctioned it, supposedly there is a big slow down in the sale of imported 4x4's
