Help! need a fuel transfer pump

I have a bit of a problem to solve.

I need to transfer 1000ltr of heating oil between tanks.

Anybody know my cheapest option for a transfer pump?

As I need to move the tank the thing will only need to be used upto 3 times.

I have seen one on the net pump only for £65 without fittings, but there must be another way.

Try a drill mounted pump, might take a while though.
