Myself, I have been out in the New Forest today, and there are some big "puddles' to play in
Went through the ford in Brockenhurst much to the amusement of some school kids who wanted me to do a 'repeat' whilst they got a bit closer - so who was I to refuse 
Mind you they did back off as I approached the water!!! The road from Brockenhurst to Beaulieu is closed cos of the water in ford the under the bridge being too deep - but not too deep for the Surf!! The spray and bow wave was great, although the other half just shut her window in time 
As I got through the other side, a local walking his dog advised me that I "can't go through it cos it's flooded!" Don't think he was amused when I turned around and went back through it!!!

It's an 'Irish Bridge' type ford. Normal flow is under small culverts under the road- only a ford in time of flood- rest of the time it's a bridge!Originally posted by dieselboy View Postnice truck!!

in yorkshire last year, i was out with my nan in my surf, and a load of roads were closed because of flooding.
