Hey my friend from north of the border, what do I do with my haggis?
I froze him before christmas, but now its time for me to ring his little frozen neck and cook him. Whats the best way to dispatch and cook a 5" diameter haggis, and what's best to accompany him to give him the send off he deserves?
Some lovely mash maybe with cheese through it and some turnip cook him in the oven after defrost about 40min to 60min should do him and enjoy with a nice glass of single malt
