Tinted windows

Afternoon all

The rear, side windows on my Surf have that "Black-out" privacy plastic film stuff on them.
The trouble is, it looks pretty rough as its bubbled up both sides. I don't know if it was badly applied or whether its just happened over time.

Is it easy to get off? and anybody got any idea of the cost of getting it re-done?

should just pull off ok but may need to use some thinners on o cloth or somethin like
that to get sticky stuff off the glass.
be better off as well if you no someone who can re-tint them for you who would
want to do it for a drink.
or phone round window tint business as most do price differently
