  • US Import 3rd gen runner on the bay

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/LEFT-HAND-DRIV...QQcmdZViewItem

Would be interesting for anyone looking to move to the continent, a couple of months too late for one or two members though.

Its only 2 wheel drive...????? i guess that means you dont have the option to switch to 4 WD. Have driven the US 4 runner in Canada, not bad but never seen one without the 4 WD option.

            2.5ltr Engine?!?

Its nice, shame SVA test needs sorting out. Would need to be MEGA cheap to bother sorting out an SVA test for a fairly low spec 2wd one when there are loads of 3rd gens for £4000+ with 4wd and all the toys.

              Erm,

              Is it me or ?

It's a 1996 - it surely is over the limit for SVA, it just needs a MOT.
Look out Eastbourne, the Pandas are coming !

Didnt look at the date, but if it is a 96 then your right SVA test isnt needed.

On my surf when i put up full beam it points to the right but on my mates astra it points to the left - So i would guess something like that would be brought up on a SVA test - which my surf obviously didnt legally need!

I hate the "Sorry mate, Its failed" phone calls.. Only had a couple of tiny lil bits on my surf last time that needed sorting.
