    Hi folks

Thinking about changing from 235/15 to 265/15. The surf is a narrow bodied babe, I believe this should be no problem, just wondered if anyone has done this and experienced problems.
    cheers Ronnie

I'm not sure, but I seem to remember someone on the forum doing that and he needed the wheel arch extentions. I might be wrong though. Somebody will know for sure.

We've got 31x10.5's on a non-wheel arched truck, they are slightly bigger than 265's. They don't protrude, fill the arches nicely and look the nuts.

If your using the original wheels, it'll be no problem, its only if you fit wheels with a different offset that it moves the tyres out.

            Tony's right , I've got a narrow body surf on 6 1/2 " wheels &31 x10.5 x 15 " tyres & they fit fine.

The folks with problems are the ones with wider wheels or the wrong offset.
