anyone know how i lock my digital tacho to the company card?

it says locked on the display, but printouts still say ciceley van and truck centre, and i can't read vehicle info from the driver cards!

any ideas?

You have lost me there. Are you driving a leased or hired truck? Why are you using the company card? You should have your own digi card and be using that. The company card is for accessing all driver information stored on the machine.

yeah, i know... it seems locked to the main merc dealer we bought it off... not a lot of work on so we've been looking at it today.

when we download the cards we can get the drivers hours details, but no fuel, speed, brake info etc.

do yours say GIST on the printouts? or the name of the tacho calibration centre??

wanna get it sorted, we've only got 2 digei tachos at the mo, but getting 10 more by september.
